Intellectual Property Rights

• All rights to products, trademarks, models and designs are reserved, and none of the components of the products may be copied or imitated without the prior written permission of the company.

Amendments to the invoice

• In case of any error in the invoice, please inform us within (15) days from the date of issue for correction. The Company reserves the right to correct errors in invoices.

 Delay in payment

• In case of non-payment of the amount due on time, the Company has the right to charge additional fees or penalties as stipulated by Kuwaiti law, and to suspend dealings with the customer.

Limited Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damage or economic losses suffered by the Customer as a result of the use of the Products, unless it is proven that the damage is caused by the negligence or default of the Company.

Changes in Policy

• The Company reserves the right to amend the Purchase Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to all new invoices as of the date the policy is amended.

Complaints and Customer Service

• In case of any enquiry or complaint, the customer can contact the customer service team via (available contact methods), and a response will be made as soon as possible.

Custom Products

• In the case of special orders or customised products, the return or exchange policy may not apply, and the customer will be informed in advance of the details of this policy
